• Service Scope: We provide custom 3D printing,
• Product Use: Our 3D prints are provided "as-is" for prototyping, hobby, or display uses. our parts are not and never will be rated for critical medical, automotive, aerospace, or heavy load-bearing applications.
•  We are not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the use or failure of our prints.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse to print any file that we deem unsafe, illegal, dangerous (including weapon parts), or in violation of intellectual property laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & FILE UPLOADS

• Your Designs: You retain full ownership of any 3D models
• Copyright Warranty: By uploading a file, you guarantee that you own the design or have the legal right to print it. You agree to protect and indemnify Blackrockservices against any copyright or patent infringement claims from third parties.

3. REFUNDS, RETURNS, & VARIATION

• Custom Goods: Because 3D prints are made-to-order to your exact specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production begins.
• Print Variations: 3D printing naturally involves minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, and slight dimensional tolerances. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or suffers from a severe manufacturing defect, email us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a reprint or store credit.

4. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

• Data Collected: We collect your name, email, uploaded files to process your orders.
• File Retention: Your uploaded 3D design files are used strictly to complete your project. They are safely deleted from our active production systems 30 days after your order is delivered.
